Black River Camp Image

This is a picture of our camp that rainy day on the Black River below Black Lake. I think the picture was taken by John with his camera on a tripod. We didn't have the tents set up yet or I think you could have seen Hank's and Laurie's tent behind the tarp and to the right. We just waited a bit for the rain to slow down before we set tents up. John and Dennis put their tents on small sandy spots behind the camera. On days like this we want a generous firewood supply available. This spot had it. Much of it was a bit wet, but we had no problem getting the fire going.
